Delivery days
We deliver monday to Friday, except public holidays. Once your order is confirmed, we tell you the delivery date on WhatsApp, and message you again when the driver is on the way.
Pickup
Collect for free in Montagne Blanche, Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00. We send the exact address with your confirmation, and message you when your order is ready.
Payment
Pay cash on delivery or at pickup, or pay by Juice or bank transfer after ordering. Express orders are paid in advance.
Returns
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, or something is missing, message us on WhatsApp within 30 days with a photo. We’ll send a replacement, or refund you if it’s out of stock. For hygiene reasons, we can’t take back items you’ve changed your mind about.

Everywhere on mainland Mauritius: North, South, East and West, each with its own driver. We don’t deliver to Rodrigues or Agaléga yet.
