2. Scope
These terms cover orders placed on rdtrading.shop, through our WhatsApp, during TikTok lives and by phone. Consumers only, in Mauritius
3. Products
Descriptions and photos are as accurate as we can make them; packaging may vary. Cosmetics are for external use as directed. Patch test advice. Product texts are not medical advice
4. Prices
In Mauritian rupees. The price shown is the price paid. VAT: prices include VAT at 15%, either "not VAT-registered" or "prices include VAT at 15%". The price at the time of ordering applies (BR-PRICE-01). We may correct obvious pricing errors before confirming; if so, we offer the correct price or a cancellation
5. Placing an order
The contract is formed when we confirm the order: COD after the customer confirms on WhatsApp or by phone; Juice or bank after payment is verified. Stock is reserved when the order is placed. Limits: 10 per product, 20 lines (BR-ORD-08)
6. Payment
Cash on delivery or at pickup, Juice, bank transfer. Juice and bank orders are cancelled if unpaid after 48 hours, with a reminder at 24 hours. Express is paid in advance. We may refuse COD for a number with a history of refused deliveries
7. Delivery
Mainland Mauritius only. Standard 2–5 working days, express same day if paid before the cut-off on a delivery day, pickup at Montagne Blanche. Fees as shown at checkout; free standard delivery from the threshold. Delivery days as published. Times are estimates. What happens if nobody is home: we contact the customer to rearrange; repeated failure may lead to cancellation
8. Risk and ownership
Risk passes on delivery or collection
9. Cancellation by the customer
Free cancellation before the order is packed (BR-ORD-06). Prepaid orders are refunded in full
10. Returns
See the Returns policy: damaged, faulty, wrong or missing items within 30 days, with a photo. No change-of-mind returns, for hygiene reasons. Statutory rights are not affected
11. Reviews
Only verified buyers. We moderate before publishing. We don't edit content except to remove personal data or abuse
12. WhatsApp communications
Order updates are sent by WhatsApp (consent at checkout). No marketing messages without separate opt-in (none at launch)
13. Liability
Limited to the order value, except where the law doesn't allow a limit. No liability for misuse against the instructions
14. Intellectual property
Site content, logo and photos. Third-party brand names belong to their owners
15. Privacy

16. Changes
We may update these terms. The version at the time of the order applies
