2. Ce que nous collectons
Only: name, WhatsApp number, delivery address, town or village, notes for the driver, and the optional location pin (BR-PRIV-01). The order details and payment status. Payment screenshots you send us. Your WhatsApp messages with us. Reviews you choose to leave. We don't collect card details or email at launch
3. Finalités et bases légales
To take, deliver and support your order (contract). To send order updates on WhatsApp (consent, given by the checkout line "We'll confirm your order and send updates on WhatsApp"). To keep accounts and prevent fraud, including the no-show flag that blocks cash on delivery (legitimate interest and legal obligation). Analytics only with cookie consent (see Cookies).
4. Le repère sur la carte
Optional. Used only to deliver that order. Visible only to our team and to your assigned driver until it's delivered. Never shown publicly. Kept with the order history. You can remove or change it before dispatch
5. WhatsApp
We use WhatsApp Business through a provider 360dialog, and Meta processes messages as described in WhatsApp's own terms. Our assistant answers automatically, and may use an AI service (Anthropic's Claude) to understand typed messages; it only sees the message and the shop's own data. A person takes over whenever you ask.
6. Durée de conservation
Chats: 12 months, then deleted (BR-PRIV-02). Orders and amounts: as long as accounting and tax law requires. Payment screenshots: with the order. Delivery handover photos: 90 days. Drivers' positions: 30 days (staff data, see section 9)
7. Destinataires
Our team (owner and staff), and your driver for your delivery only. Service providers: hosting (Railway, Singapore), WhatsApp provider and Meta, map tiles (OpenStreetMap-based, with no personal data sent), analytics (Google, TikTok) only after consent. We don't sell your data
8. Vos droits
Access, correction, deletion ("delete my data on request": we anonymise you and keep only the amounts needed for accounts, BR-PRIV-04), objection, and withdrawing consent to WhatsApp updates. How: message us on WhatsApp. Response time: within one month. Complaints: the Data Protection Office, Mauritius
9. Livreurs
Drivers' positions are recorded only while a run is active and the hub is open, kept 30 days. This is a separate notice for drivers, not on the public page
10. Sécurité
Encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access by role, rate limits, daily backups
11. Mineurs
Not aimed at children. Orders by adults, including for the learning products
